I read Jeff Pulver's blog about attempts to block VoIP in India, China, Kuwait, UAR and Armenia. I felt the synapse quiver that precedes a metamorphosis. Maybe into a conspiracist. Or activist. Or comprehender of VoIP. Something pretty scary, whatever.
