Do read Business case for deleting content, Gerry McGovern's latest article.

It's all so heartbreakingly real. Managers who cling to out-of-date, wrong, misleading content for the most bizarre reasons:

  • 'You never know when someone might need it.'
  • 'I don't have time to review or delete.'
  • And even, 'It will hurt our search engine optimization.'

I love reading this common sense advice from one with a ton of experience. And above, Gerry writes so darn well.
