It's all so heartbreakingly real. Managers who cling to out-of-date, wrong, misleading content for the most bizarre reasons:
- 'You never know when someone might need it.'
- 'I don't have time to review or delete.'
- And even, 'It will hurt our search engine optimization.'
I love reading this common sense advice from one with a ton of experience. And above, Gerry writes so darn well.
